Jettanan Homchanthanakul

Jettanan Homchanthanakul (Bird) was born in Bangkok, Thailand, in 1996. Currently, he is a Ph.D. student in School of Information Science and Technology (IST) at Vidyasirimedhi Institute of Science and Technology (VISTEC), Thailand.

He received his B.Eng. degree in robotics and automation engineering with first class honours from Institute of FIeld roBOtics (FIBO) at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, Thailand, in 2018. During his bachelor’s program, he got an opportunity to do the internship at Embodied AI & Robotics at SDU Biorobotics, the University of Southern Denmark (SDU), Denmark.

He graduated his secondary school from Assumption College (AC), Thailand in 2014. During that time, he was the leader of robotics club and got the first place in rescue robot at World Robot Olympiad (WRO) Thailand 2011, TPA Junior 2011, and Thaicom Robocamp 2011. He was also Thailand’s representative for WRO 2011, and World Robocup Junior 2011.
